Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑end plan, do and review process for designated Marketing Campaigns across the Marketing Calendar.
  • Write agency brief, develop creative idea and media plan, manage production and TV shoots.
  • Deliver all assets aligned to this plan in an integrated way, manage approvals and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct thorough evaluation of campaign performance.
  • Manage a Campaign Planner.
  • Plan: work with Trade Marketing Planning team to understand business objectives, target customers and overall proposition; write combined media and creative agency brief; manage agency responses; coordinate stakeholder feedback; oversee critical path until campaign launch; cascade key information to owned and earned channel teams; coordinate and manage all key sign‑offs and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Do: work with creative and media agencies to build detailed plans by channel; execute paid channels (TV, BVOD/VOD, YouTube, Radio, Press, Digital display, partnerships); work with in‑house studio and external agencies to create assets; manage TV pre‑production (locations, talent, contracts, treatments); attend shoots and manage creative approvals on set; coordinate photography requirements; brief testing to Insight agencies; brief commercial teams for TV hero product nominations at VP level; run channel mapping sessions; manage all reviews of creative and media; support budget management and raise PO’s.
  • Review: pull full post‑campaign analysis, present recommendations for future campaigns; conduct wash‑up of ways of working and recommend improvements.
  • Management responsibilities: line‑manage Campaign Planner, set objectives, conduct CPIs, support development plans, address HR issues; allocate resources across team; produce ad‑hoc presentation requests; keep SharePoint sites updated; contribute to weekly performance pack.

Qualifications

  • Strong end‑to‑end campaign experience across paid channels.
  • Experience managing TV productions.
  • Ability to plan and strategise.
  • Strategically minded, strong problem solver, collaborative.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Highly effective communicator at all stakeholder levels.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Strong presentation skills, including presenting to key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage critical paths and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Experience managing a small team and agencies.
