Position Summary: Our stores operate 24/7 across Supermarkets, Superstores, and Asda Express locations, offering a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. As a Team Leader, you’ll drive the success of your area and lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You’ll manage your section—whether replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food—ensuring shelves are stocked, standards are high, and customers are happy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of store assistants to meet daily sales and customer service targets.
  • Manage section operations, including inventory, replenishment, and shelf presentation.
  • Address customer and team issues promptly and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Utilise store data and insights to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and company standards across the store.
  • Support the store manager in administrative and operational duties.
