As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, delivering our products right to customers’ front doors with a smile. When you’re not on the road, you’ll keep your van clean and ready for the next route, and when we’re busy you’ll support the team by picking and packing online orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customers’ home or office locations during afternoon shifts.
- Load and unload the van, ensuring accurate and secure handling of items.
- Maintain a clean, safe and fully functional vehicle for each delivery.
- Assist with picking and packing online orders when staffing levels require it.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than six penalty points.
- Friendly and helpful customer‑service approach.
- Good communication skills and a team mindset.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced customer‑service environment.
- Flexibility to cover a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
