Your Role
- Dispensing prescriptions and delivering services.
- Managing the pharmacy team and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Providing frontline NHS services, including emergency prescriptions and Urgent Care.
- Delivering private healthcare services alongside NHS services.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality in the pharmacy.
- Collaborating with in‑store, regional, and home office teams for clinical and service queries.
- Receiving regular feedback, business updates, and opportunities for further accreditation.
Shift Pattern
- Week 1: Monday 09:00‑18:00, Thursday 09:00‑21:00, Friday 09:00‑21:00
- Week 2: Saturday 09:00‑21:00, Monday 09:00‑18:00, Friday 09:00‑21:00
Qualifications
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
- Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services as well as private healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer and patient care.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment.
- Capability to drive business targets while maintaining service quality.
