Responsibilities
- Take charge of in-store food service operations, overseeing brands such as Greggs, Burger King, and Subway.
- Ensure each outlet delivers a consistent, high-quality experience that meets brand standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Lead a team of colleagues across multiple food service units, managing staffing, compliance, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Drive performance, maintain food safety standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day running of each restaurant.
Key Qualifications
- Experience managing or supervising in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and operational compliance.
