Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and maintain high staff standards.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC operating standards, clinical governance and professional customer service.
- Manage schedules, rosters and locum support, maintaining consistent coverage.
- Represent the pharmacy in commercial activities and drive profitability while preserving patient safety.
Working Hours
Week 1: Saturday 09:00‑21:00, Monday 09:00‑21:00, Tuesday 09:00‑21:00, Thursday 09:00‑21:00. Week 2: Monday 09:00‑21:00, Tuesday 09:00‑21:00, Wednesday 09:00‑21:00, Friday 09:00‑21:00.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
- Accredited to deliver NHS and private health services.
- Valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK and safeguarding qualifications.
- DBS check and live update service enrolment required.
Experience
- Experienced line manager and pharmacist capable of balancing both roles.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results by inspiring and motivating teams.
