Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused Account Manager to join our busy sales office in Biddulph (ST8 6HJ). This is a key role responsible for proactively identifying and contacting new customers, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, preparing accurate quotations, and supporting external sales colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively within a fast-paced environment. A confident and proactive approach to outbound calling and business development is essential.
