Production Planner

· Plan the efficient use of processing equipment at a warehouse or for a region to provide

excellent customer service & at lowest possible cost.

· Ensure all processing equipment is planned & scheduled effectively.

Key responsibilities will be to:

· Ensure conformance with all Quality related aspects of processing activities.

· Provide production planning support to other warehouses in the region as required.

· Track processing productivity KPI’s, initiates & tracks improvement actions to improve

utilisation, reduce downtime & reduce lead time.

· Liaise with Sales & other ASD locations to deliver service excellence.

· Work closely with Production Manager to ensure highest possible labour utilisation,

proactively identifying needs for processing operatives &/or opportunities to redeploy

elsewhere in the operation.
