Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday, with start/finish times to be arranged.

What you will be doing:

  • Achieving agreed sales, margin and new business targets

What we are looking for:

We are open to experience, but you will need the right attitude, drive and commercial mindset to succeed in a sales environment. Ideally, you will have:

  • A proven ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong commercial awareness and motivation to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence working with numbers and commercial data
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • A consistent and stable work history
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own geographic location effectively
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as regular travel to customer and prospect sites will be required.

What you will get in return:

We believe in rewarding our people properly. Alongside a competitive salary, you will receive:

  • Life assurance
  • Contributory pension (5% employee contribution matched by the company)
  • Retail and restaurant discount schemes
  • Gym and health club discounts
  • Holiday trading scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Medicash healthcare plan
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Financial wellbeing support
