We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards the Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprenticeship.

Our extensive in‑house processing capabilities in combination with our technical expertise enable us to deliver high‑quality steel and metal solutions that are both efficient and cost‑effective.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop the skills and knowledge required to maintain, repair, and improve a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment. You will gain hands‑on experience in planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, equipment installation, and continuous improvement activities, while learning to work safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you will receive structured training both in the workplace and with a training provider, developing competence in engineering principles, health and safety, technical documentation, electrical and mechanical systems, automation, and problem‑solving. You will play an important role in supporting the reliability and performance of production equipment while building the skills needed for a successful career in engineering.
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with a genuine interest in engineering, strong problem‑solving skills, and a willingness to learn. On successful completion, you will have achieved a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification and be well placed to progress into a qualified Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer role.
