HR Advisor Location: Foston Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Department: Human Resources Reporting to: Head of HR Join Our Team as an HR Advisor We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our HR team based in Foston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support that drives employee engagement and business performance. As HR Advisor, you will provide expert advice and support to managers and employees across a broad range of HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. What You'll Be Doing Employee Relations Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Support and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, and performance matters. Conduct investigations, produce reports, and make appropriate recommendations. Coach managers to effectively manage people-related issues in a fair and consistent manner. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Performance Management & Development Support performance review processes, probation reviews, and development planning activities. Advise managers on managing performance concerns and improvement plans.
