The Ascott is looking for an experienced and motivated HR person, ready to take on an exciting challenge as a Senior Human Resource Executive on a fixed term contract until June 2026. This limited time position is a standalone role supporting 4 German and 1 Austrian properties, reporting to Director HR based in Europe.
As our Senior Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to the German and Austria properties on recruitment, selection and induction
- Overseeing monthly payroll process ensuring team members are paid accurately and on time
- Providing briefings, training and coaching to managers on the effective implementation of policies and procedures and in managing complex employee relations issues
- Ensuring HR databases and systems are accurately maintained and updated
- Ensuring that the HR department functions in accordance with Company standards, budgets and audit requirements at all times.
To be successful in the role of Senior Human Resource Executive, we require:
- Good command of German and English
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration or a similar field
- 4 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent working knowledge of German Labour laws and HR procedures
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
