We are seeking a Hospitality Fulfilment Executive, responsible for collating and despatching hospitality packages for Royal Ascot and Ascot Racedays. This is a full time temporary role, working 5 days a week from Tuesday 7th April to Saturday 20th June 2026 inclusive. You will also be required to work the raceday on Saturday 9th May.
We have 21 fine dining facilities during Royal Ascot and between 1 and 5 fine dining facilities on any Ascot raceday in addition to our sublet private boxes; all of which are fulfilled and despatched in-house. Using the Outbox booking system you will provide support for the Hospitality Ticketing Executive (HTE) in the lead up to the Royal Meeting. Due to the nature of this role, please note that extended lengths of annual leave will not be approved in the months of May and June.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide all Royal Ascot Fine Dining and Private Box ticket production, packing and fulfilment in an efficient and timely manner.
- Liaise with the HTE and the badge writing team to ensure that Royal Enclosure badges are written up correctly and dispatched along with the other elements of the package.
- Work with the Sales team to ensure any special requests and requirements are adhered to.
- Ensure stock levels of all hospitality collateral are kept on top of and any low stock items are reported to the HTE.
- Ensure all badges/collateral of value is secured at the end of each working day and stock kept properly.
- Manage hospitality collections in the Ticket Offices on Racedays including Saturday 20th June.
