Adviser Opportunities

Location: National, with access to one of our regional hubs. Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office, flexible for client visits)
Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to meet deadlines
Reports to: Regional Adviser Lead

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma qualified in financial planning (ideally Chartered, or working towards Chartered status).
  • Proven experience in financial planning—independent, restricted, or corporate—demonstrating your ability to deliver outstanding advice.
  • Exceptional communicator, able to make complex financial arrangements clear and accessible.
  • A track record of achieving challenging sales targets in a regulated environment, with the drive to win new business and nurture recurring revenue.
  • Confident with back-office systems and meticulous in your attention to detail.
  • Satisfactory Fit & Proper status, confirmed through Ascot Lloyd’s annual assessment—integrity is at the heart of everything you do.
  • Committed to continuous professional development, always keeping your CPD logs and training up to date.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry and legislative changes, enabling you to build robust, forward-thinking advice strategies for your clients.
