The Ascot Group is a leading provider of marketing services, software and business data into the construction industry. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we have an exciting opportunity for a B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads for our sales teams. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on outreach, enjoys starting conversations and knows how to open doors with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and research target accounts to identify new opportunities
  • Conduct outbound outreach via telephone, email and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality appointments for the sales teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet activity targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns, and follow-up on contacts via appropriate channels
  • Encourage exploration and adoption of new tools and processes, particularly AI-driven tools, for data quality and to streamline workflows and improve output

  • Salary – £26,000 basic with OTE £40k+
  • 31 days holiday rising to 36 days, including bank holidays
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, with early finish Fridays
