Position Summary
An internship with the IT Delivery Team is an opportunity to learn and be actively involved in the world of change, projects and programme management. The position will work closely with the Portfolio Delivery Lead, Project Managers and Business Analysts. The aim will be to get a well‑rounded view of the department; be involved in supporting Project Managers in their day‑to‑day role, understand how change is delivered in the Insurance industry, and get exposure to both IT and business Senior Management. Your average day will be a mixture of meetings with the team, upkeeping project reporting, and presenting back to the Portfolio Delivery Manager on your insights.

Summer Internship Dates: Monday 22nd June – Friday 14th August 2026
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide the Project Managers with project support, planning, risk management, meeting preparation and presentation.
- Support the Portfolio Delivery Manager with portfolio reporting.
- Work alongside Business Analysts in gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
- Proactively raise risks to Project Managers and provide possible mitigations.
- Gain an understanding of project management tooling and upkeep project records.
