Job Purpose

To be a member of the DA Management team and provide reporting, processing and administrative support to the DA Management Team.

Detailed Duties

  • Assist in general management and administration of Ascot’s bordereaux management systems and processes (BDX and DDM).
  • Provide assistance in the oversight of bordereaux data quality and the timely submission into BDX and DDM.
  • Assist in approving bordereaux mappings and answering queries from our outsourced processing team (PSU).
  • Provide support and guidance to Polo Works in answering bordereaux processing queries.
  • Assist in obtaining outstanding bordereaux from various sources including IMR, Lineage, Broker portals.
  • Review new binding authority templates pre‑bind to ensure they meet Lloyds reporting standards and raise any non‑compliance.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally to improve timely receipt of bordereaux.
  • Review, maintain and update contract information in BDX and DDM, including setting up of new facilities and amendments by endorsement.
  • Attend regular catch‑ups with outsourced bordereaux processing team.
  • Assist in creating and testing of new Delegated Authority MI reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for coverholder and binding authority performance monitoring.
  • Assist in the production of ad‑hoc data requests for Underwriters and various Ascot Stakeholders.
  • Assist Data manager in producing regulatory reports and returns for DA business.
