Job Purpose

Direct the initiation, discovery and delivery of work on multiple projects, with vying deadlines, on the Change portfolio. Utilise existing industry knowledge and change management skills to prioritise the needs of project stakeholders and define optimal business and/or technological processes and requirements. Contribute to the improvement and evolution of Ascot’s Business Analysis tooling and processes. Assist the Head of Change (HoC) in evolving the Change Management Framework and promoting its benefits across the Group.

Detailed Duties

  • Ensure that all requirements captured meet the business needs and success criteria with a focus on controlling scope, budget and timescales.
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement with peers and customers.
  • Ensure stakeholder requirements are clear and understood through techniques such as process flows, use case diagrams and wireframes.
  • Bring an inquisitive mind‑set, question accepted norms and promote continuous improvement.
  • Excellent visual presentation skills with the ability to dissect complex issues and articulate options/solutions to stakeholders.
  • Assist stakeholders in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
  • Where necessary, act as a 'translator' between IT & customer needs to ensure clarity of what is required.
  • Assist stakeholders in the embedding and handover of projects into business as usual.
  • Contribute to the development and advancement of the Business Analysis framework.
  • Contribute positively to Ascot’s Business Analyst Forum.
