We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Door Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial doors across various sites. Duties
- Servicing industrial doors, including roller shutters, sectional doors, high-speed doors, barriers, and swing doors ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Diagnose faults accurately and perform repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Assist in the realignment and adjustment of existing door systems for optimal operation.
- Keep detailed records of work carried out, including parts used and time taken for each task.
- Liaise with clients on-site to explain repairs or maintenance procedures clearly and professionally.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations during servicing and repair activities.
- Assist with stock management by ensuring tools and parts are maintained and replenished as necessary.
