Overview
Ascot Bridging Finance is on the lookout for a Portfolio Manager to oversee our growing book of bridging loans.
Responsibilities
- Manage & monitor a portfolio of active bridging loans.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, brokers & solicitors.
- Identify risks early and implement strategies.
- Collaborate with underwriting, legal & finance teams.
- Ensure a seamless client journey from drawdown to redemption.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in bridging, property finance, or specialist lending.
- Proactive, detail-focused, and client-oriented.
- Able to juggle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
