Responsibilities:
- Manage & monitor a portfolio of active bridging loans.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, brokers & solicitors.
- Identify risks early and implement strategies.
- Collaborate with underwriting, legal & finance teams.
- Ensure a seamless client journey from drawdown to redemption.
