- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with healthcare professionals, developers, and R&D teams to customize solutions that enhance patient visibility and clinical workflows.
- Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Provide top‑notch troubleshooting for complex system issues, both on‑site and remotely, ensuring smooth and efficient integrations in healthcare environments.
- Customize and Configure: Tailor solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless interaction between medical devices, software, and infrastructure.
- Ensure Quality: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure our integrated solutions meet industry standards and healthcare‑specific protocols.

What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for delivery of complex solutions both on-site and remote.
- Experience and knowledge of integration methods both in medical device settings and non-medical device settings.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems (EMR, EHR, PACS) and medical data exchange standards (HL7, DICOM, IHE, etc.).
- Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Strong understanding and proven experience of Infrastructure/Networking/Security/MDM, with knowledge of the OSI Model and networking principles.
- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, HTTP, etc.) and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
- Windows server installation and configuration desirable.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage non‑technical stakeholders.

- Must be able to drive.
- Must be willing to travel and be able to stay away from home where required.
