Purpose
As a member of our Global Content team, you\'ll be supporting our business and our global and regional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction through managing Ascom\'s online presence.
The impact is both operational and tactical. The role contributes to the execution of the global marketing communications strategy. The role requires interaction across regions and functions, as well as management of external agencies such as web development, SEO, analytics and, UX.
Responsibilities
Developing, and implementing Ascom\'s global website marketing strategy
Developing, executing and analyzing digital marketing initiatives and ensuring that they contribute to the global strategy and our growth initiatives
Work with our content and segment teams to ensure that digital channels are integrated into every campaign
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across different channels, including SEO, and PPC
Oversee the development of our website as the hub of our digital content
Monitor and analyze campaign/website performance using tools such as Piwik, Microsoft Clarity and Google Search to continually improve outcomes through ROI analysis, and adjust strategies based on data insights
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies, improve ROI and keep Ascom ahead of our competitors
Knowledge & Experience
Degree in Digital Marketing, preferably a bachelor\'s degree
Minimum of 6 years\' experience in Digital Marketing, ideally within Healthcare
Proven track record of Digital strategy, execution of plans and projects
Experience working in an international environment and in globally dispersed teams
