Deine Aufgaben:
- Selbstständige Durchführung von Lichtrufprojekten – von der technischen Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme
- Integration unserer Lösungen in bestehende klinische IT- und Prozesslandschaften (z. B. Patientenrufsysteme, Alarmmanagement, mobile Endgeräte)
- Abstimmung mit Bauleitern, Haustechnikern, IT-Abteilungen und klinischem Personal vor Ort
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Datenschutzstandards (z. B. DIN VDE, ZVEI-Richtlinien)
- Durchführung von Funktionstests, Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation der Projektergebnisse
- Schulung von Anwendern und klinischem Personal im sicheren Umgang mit den Systemen
- Technische Beratung des Vertriebsteams bei Ausschreibungen, Kundenterminen und Projektpräsentationen
- Entwicklung von technischen Konzepten, die den klinischen Arbeitsablauf optimieren und Mehrwert schaffen
- Teilnahme an Messen, Kundentagen und Fachveranstaltungen, um neue Marktchancen und Trends im Bereich Medizintechnik zu identifizieren
- UnterstĂĽtzung bei der Gewinnung neuer Kundenprojekte im Bereich klinische Kommunikation und Sicherheitssysteme
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement, um Kundenanforderungen in zukünftige Lösungen einfließen zu lassen
- Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften mit Krankenhäusern, Pflegeeinrichtungen und Planungsbüros
Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, IT-Systemelektronik, Kommunikationselektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Installation, Wartung und Integration von Lichtruf- und Rufanlagen sowie klinischen Kommunikationssystemen
- Du hast Erfahrung in IT- und Netzwerktechnologien, insbesondere im Bereich IP-basierte Systeme, VLAN und TCP/IP
- Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von klinischen IT- oder Medizintechnikprojekten
- Du begeisterst Dich fĂĽr innovative Technologien und herausfordernde technische Challenges machen Dir SpaĂź
- Der Kunde steht fĂĽr Dich an erster Stelle und Du setzt alles daran, im Team Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen
- Du fĂĽhlst Dich wohl in Deutsch, aber auch in Englisch mit globalen Funktionen und Kunden sicher zu kommunizieren
- Du hast einen Führerschein (Klasse B) sowie die Bereitschaft zu deutschlandweiter Reisetätigkeit
