- Thursday 2nd July – 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
- Wednesday 22nd July – 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
- Thursday 23rd July – 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
- Friday 24th July – 8:00am-1:30pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to provide cover in both Aberdeen & Peterhead on dates listed above. Please note an induction would be required. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working in a front-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing the reception area
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous reception or front‑of‑house experience preferred
- Professional and friendly manner
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Punctual and reliable
This is a temporary assignment for 1 day; however, we are keen to build our ad hoc talent pool and can add suitable candidates to our list for future assignments in Peterhead and Aberdeen.
