ASCO Workforce Solutions are currently recruiting for a
Materials Operative to join our client's team in Aberdeen on a fixed-term contract of approximately five months.
This role will support the Materials Management Team in delivering safe, efficient and compliant receipts operations, ensuring service levels, KPIs and procedures are consistently maintained.

- Promote and follow life-saving rules and safe working practices at all times.
- Support the delivery of receipts operations in line with client SLAs, KPIs and procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for delivery drivers, ensuring compliance with site requirements.
- Identify and elevate HSE or service delivery issues as required.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries, both on and offshore.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records of activities.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure the safe segregation of people and plant.

- 0-5T Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- 5-15T Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) Forklift Truck - 0-5T
- S-Cape
- IOSH Working Safely or equivalent
- Dangerous Goods by Sea (IMDG) & Air (IATA)
- Workplace Safety Representative
- Fire Warden
- Spill Responder
- First Aider
- Manual Handling Representative
- Key Competencies
- Strong safety awareness and understanding of HSE legislation.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
