About the Role
Administrative Assistant
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator / Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business and provide general administrative assistance to the wider team.
The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable and confident using Microsoft Excel, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage a range of administrative tasks.
Previous experience using
SAP would be advantageous, although training can be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the team and wider business.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Creating, updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Inputting and managing data accurately.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, records and documentation.
- Supporting day-to-day office administration.
- Using internal systems to record and retrieve information.
- Communicating with colleagues and relevant stakeholders as required.
- Ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Carrying out other general administrative duties as required.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- A working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous, but is not essential.
