We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Recruitment team on a fixed‑term basis.

Working under the guidance of the Recruitment Team Leader, you will support the delivery of permanent and contract recruitment activities, ensuring a professional and efficient service for candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment team with permanent and contract recruitment administration.
  • Assist with advertising vacancies across various platforms.
  • Format CVs and prepare candidate profiles for client submission.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Liaise with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support contractor onboarding, including preparing contracts, arranging medicals and onboarding documentation.
  • Complete compliance checks, including right to work, references and qualification verification.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and contractor records in line with company procedures and legislation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment team.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the wider recruitment function.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Professional and customer‑focused approach.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to work on own initiative.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • Demonstrates discretion and maintains confidentiality at all times.

  • National 5 English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Previous HR or Recruitment Administration experience.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a recruitment environment.

  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM system, such as Tracker.
