This role involves a variety of industrial cleaning and maintenance tasks for a wide-ranging client base. Typical activities include, but are not limited to, the cleaning of tanks, vessels, silos, and pits using specialist industrial equipment and techniques. Occasional travel and working away from home may be required to meet client service demands.
Duties
- Provide exceptional service by engaging with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional manner, leaving a positive impression.
- Assess and select the most effective jetting or cleaning methods for a variety of heavy industrial plant operations, using company supplied equipment and technology.
- Deliver services that meet or exceed customer expectations, including the use of both established and emerging industrial cleaning techniques.
- Operate safely and professionally at all times, ensuring the health and safety of yourself and others including colleagues, contractors, visitors, and clients.
- Use, maintain, and care for all equipment and materials responsibly and in line with operating procedures.
- Support site set-up and shutdown activities, including equipment preparation, inspection, and basic maintenance.
- Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Flexibility required to work away from home and outside normal hours when required to meet business and client needs.
- Carry out additional duties as required, within the scope of the role and your capabilities.
