We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and reliable Yard Operative to support site operations. The role involves loading and unloading deliveries, maintaining an organised yard and warehouse, preparing upcoming jobs, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver service as defined in KPIs.
- Data entry/management in company systems.
- Operation of site plant and equipment including forklift trucks, air tools/pumps.
- Inspecting, cleaning, relabelling and maintaining all re‑usable containers.
- Minimising asset damage through correct use and regular inspections.
- Adhering to all procedures and controls within TBRAs.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping at all times.
- Participating in reviews of SOP, TBRA, MHRA.
- Adhering to working instructions from daily TBT.
- Performing value adding processes as directed by the Site Chargehand/Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current forklift certificate
