Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Reporting to the Senior Environmental Business Advisor, this role is responsible for providing support and advice to onshore and offshore clients on all matters relating to waste. Key in liaising with other departments to ensure client service requirements are maintained.
Key duties include:
- Present a positive image of the company through first class service delivery and customer engagement.
- Provision of timely and accurate guidance and information.
- Production of weekly, monthly and annual client reporting such as EEMs and KPI logs.
- Production of key account monthly and quarterly slide packs.
- Maintenance of stock of consumables including stock takes, deliveries and ordering.
- Visiting and developing relationships with ASCO Waste Management clients where required.
- Answering enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Booking waste movements.
- Maintenance of internal databases.
- Preparation for and attendance at various client meetings.
- Investigation of non-conformances from clients.
- Share best practice developments across customer base.
Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours):
- Maintains positive work relationships
- Customer service focussed, with a 'can-do' attitude
- Good communicator with professional telephone manner
- Good organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
