We are currently recruiting for Base Operatives to support safe lifting and cargo handling operations. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced operational environment where safety, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with crane lifts and safely control suspended loads
- Use slings, tag lines, and lifting equipment in line with procedures
- Maintain a safe working area and control access around lifting operations
- Support container loading and unloading activities
- Carry out basic equipment checks and report any defects
- Participate in toolbox talks and support team coordination
- Assist with general site duties as required
