The predicted salary is between 10 - 13 £ per hour.

Hours of Work: 20 hours per week, days/hours to be discussed at interview.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role will be responsible for processing site documentation, maintaining accurate computerised records, and undertaking filing and archiving duties in accordance with site procedures and relevant legislative requirements. The position also ensures that waste is managed and recorded in compliance with the site permit, applicable legislation, and customer requirements.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Process site paperwork, maintain accurate computerised records, and manage filing and archiving in accordance with site procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Carry out reception duties, including greeting visitors and clients, and ensuring all personnel complete site inductions.
  • Generate consignment notes for items entering or leaving site and monitor, collate, and record daily job logs.
  • Raise Purchase Order Requisitions and Goods Received Notes (GRNs) using the Purchase Order Process System.
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers and external providers to maintain adequate stock levels, source client-requested equipment and consumables, and support client quoting for NORM consumables and monitor/services hire.
  • Input all relevant data into AX in accordance with ASCO procedures.
  • Maintain the site training matrix, coordinate training bookings, and arrange flights and accommodation for offshore RPS requirements in support of client contracts.
  • Respond to, resolve, or escalate internal and external queries as appropriate, provide records for audits, and maintain site notice and visual boards by removing obsolete information and updating as required.
  • Undertake ad hoc duties in line with completed training and competency assessments.

  • Highly adaptable and effective in fast‐paced environments, able to manage changing workloads and priorities while maintaining high standards under pressure.
  • Self‐motivated and capable of working independently, while also contributing positively as part of a wider team.
  • Driven to achieve high performance standards and deliver excellent customer support, with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Strong planning, organisational, numerical, and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related IT systems, with experience in data entry and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent.

Desirable Qualifications/Competence

  • SVQ in Business Admin or equivalent.
