The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role as a creative and analytical thinker. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing
    • Providing expertise in digital marketing industry best practices
    • Developing, optimising, and maintaining the corporate website using Word Press
    • Designing, planning, implementing, managing, and analysing digital media marketing activities across the digital marketing channels (SEO and SEM)
    • Designing visuals, layout and production of corporate branding materials and marketing collateral using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
    • Managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), providing insights from monthly reports of web and social media analytics via Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Analytics
    • Working with the respective team members on the budget plan and the most effective control of digital marketing expenses with new onboarding doctors
  • Marketing Strategy
    • Jointly conceptualising, developing, and executing online/offline campaigns in support of marketing activities for leads generation through various channels such as Email Marketing, Newsletter, seminars, and Outdoor Events
  • Adhoc Projects
    • In-house photographer/videography and editing for doctors and clinics, tapping on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Premium Pro
    • Coordinate with external vendors and ensure that outsource projects’ delivery timeline is met (Public Relations, Radio, Web Development, Video Production)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
  • Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative.
  • Experience with social media
