ASCL is seeking to appoint a qualified employment solicitor on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave within its in-house legal team. The role is Leicester-based with at least two days in our Leicester HQ office each week and travel across England and Wales as required.
You will advise members and colleagues on employment law, respond to legal queries, manage cases independently and represent members before employment tribunals, regulatory bodies and courts, with opportunities to deliver
