What You'll Do:
- As a Residential Counselor, you’ll provide essential support, guidance, and life-changing skills to teen mothers in a safe, nurturing environment.
- You’ll play a pivotal role in helping them transition into independent, self-sufficient adults while positively impacting their children’s futures.
- Through counseling, coaching, and daily support, you’ll empower young families to thrive.

- Be a mentor: Guide teen mothers through daily routines, from meal prep to schoolwork, chores, and self-care.

Your Qualifications:
- Passion for people: Experience working with women, teens, or children, especially in residential or community settings.

- Commitment: Must be 21+, with a high school diploma (Associate’s Degree in Human Services is a plus) and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications:
- Education: Required: High School or better. Preferred: Associates or better in Human Services or related field.
- Experience: Required: 1 year: Experience working with women, adolescents and/or children in a residential or community setting.
- Licenses & Certifications: Required: MA Driver's License, CPR, First Aid.
