Ascentium Fiduciary in the United Kingdom seeks an ambitious Corporate Administrator to manage day-to-day corporate administration and governance for our UK entities, including directorship appointments. This role combines administrative rigor with governance oversight to support statutory compliance and robust corporate practices.

Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will liaise with internal teams, advisers, and regulators; file Companies House submissions; maintain.
