- Lead PMC delivery for multiple high-rise and large-scale developments.

- Oversee programme management, project controls, governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks.
- Implement digital project management systems, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making processes.

- Lead feasibility studies, budgeting, value engineering, tendering, procurement planning, and design coordination.

Construction & Delivery Management
- Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, productivity, and contractor performance.
- Establish robust project controls, scheduling, cost monitoring, and reporting systems using Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or equivalent tools.
- Lead issue resolution, escalation management, and decision-making during execution phases.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, statutory regulations, HSE standards, and operational procedures.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Oversee tender management, contract administration, variation management, claims, and commercial risk mitigation.
- Provide expertise in FIDIC contracts, dispute avoidance, and contractual negotiations.
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, billing, collections, and profitability.
- Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives across projects.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across locations and functions.
- Drive accountability, performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
- Collaborate with HR on manpower planning, recruitment, and resource deployment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in project management and construction leadership for high-rise or large-scale real estate developments.
- Proven experience leading pre-construction, design management, tendering, budgeting, and project execution functions.
- Strong exposure to modern construction technologies and digital project delivery systems.
- Hands-on experience with BIM-based project delivery and integrated project controls.
- Experience managing large project teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and digital delivery practices.
