We’re open to talking to people open to living and working on the Isle of Man for this role. The role is based within our client’s Managed Networks function, which provides 2nd/3rd line technical support for all Enterprise customers subscribed to the Managed Network product range. This role involves occasional support for WiFi and networking technologies, requiring an individual with both the requisite skillset and experience in this technology. The Senior Network Specialist reports directly to the Managed Networks Manager and works as part of a larger team. About the Role: Deliver effective, timely, high-quality services and technical support to our client’s customers, network services, and internal management systems. Provide technical support to meet agreed customer expectations and assist in the operation and assurance of all Managed Network products and services in line with agreed KPIs & SLAs. Engage with and support other Customer Technology Services teams in delivering, operating, and supporting Customer Solutions & Services related to Managed Network products. Collaborate with Network and Operational leads to identify individual development opportunities, mentoring & coaching as necessary to create a highly efficient, engaged, and motivated team.
