We are looking for an Event Operations Executive to join our team in London as part of our Operations function.

Your Role:

You will be a key part of the event operations team, supporting the operational delivery of the Money20/20 shows. Your role will be a core support role both in the lead up to and during the onsite delivery of the shows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage branded asset list including collating requirements, placing orders, overseeing deliveries
  • Manage the relationship with the logistics supplier and oversee show shipments
  • Manage the onsite temporary staffing for the events including collating team requirements, managing the schedule, compiling briefing packs and leading training and delivery onsite
  • Administration including but not limited to the production of onsite documentation; FAQ’s, onsite welcome packs
  • Set up and run the onsite organisers’ office
  • Support on other core deliverables of the shows such as, but not limited to, networking events and catering
  • Maintain Supplier Database and contact information
  • Ad Hoc duties; i.e. minute taking for weekly team meetings, radios/mobile phone ordering

Special Requirements

  • As this role supports across shows across different time zones, alternative work hours will be required, as necessary
  • This role is essential to the onsite delivery so it is necessary that the successful applicant is able to travel, including but not limited to The Netherlands, Thailand and the United States of America.
