We’re looking for a Credit Controller (4 month FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Finance function.

Your Role: You will join a team of Credit Controllers working within the Shared Service in a Hybrid role. The position will support The LIONS brand, which is probably most synonymous with Cannes Lions, The International Festival of Creativity, the definitive meeting place for the global creative communications and advertising community.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound collection calls and send emails to customers with overdue payments (minimum 30 per day).
  2. Collecting to the agreed immediate payment terms.
  3. Accurately record all customer interactions within Googlesheets and Salesforce.
  4. Reconcile bank accounts daily, ensuring all transactions are logged on the Google Sheet.
  5. Update customer balances and payment statuses accordingly.
  6. Generate and send card payment links to customers through Adyen and Securetrading.
  7. Mailbox management – responding promptly to customer queries regarding invoices and payments via email.
  8. Escalate problematic accounts to the Awards Team for resolution through the appropriate channels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and the team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced GoogleSheet skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
