The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
Our established Pricing and Actuarial practice has deep networks across regulated industries, particularly insurance and financial services, which consistently generates a strong pipeline of vacancies within the Data space. You will not be starting cold. There are live roles, long-standing clients, strong relationships, and a credible position already built.
What we have not yet done is establish Data and Analytics as its own defined niche. That is the opportunity for early stage ownership supported by a profitable business with existing demand. You get the upside and influence of a start-up with the infrastructure, delivery support, and stability already in place.

What you’ll do:
- Grow data relationships across insurance, FS, and regulated industries
- Leverage warm accounts and live roles
- Grow into broader markets across data engineering, data science, analytics, BI, and digital
- Lead business development and client development
- Shape the direction, brand, and scale of the Data & Analytics practice
What you’ll need:
- Strong experience in Data Recruitment, Analytics Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment
- Confidence operating in 360 Recruitment and senior-level business development
- A commercial mindset and the desire to build something meaningful
- A preference for autonomy, trust, and a genuinely flexible culture
