We’re still small (headcount 6), which means anyone joining now has the chance to help shape the business, influence strategy, and grow quickly.
The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will lead the ongoing growth of your area of the business and act as a go-to figurehead across your verticals. While new business will remain a key focus and deliverable, you will also be:

- Being involved in hiring additional team members when needed
- Mentoring and developing new hires and demonstrating natural leadership

About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have proven experience bringing in New Business with any Technology vertical
- Are ambitious, self-motivated, and enjoy taking ownership of results
- Want more responsibility, faster progression, and real influence than larger agencies offer
- Value an adult culture — autonomy, trust, and flexible working, 50% of our people are working parents so we know every day in the office and getting in for 8.30am just isn’t realistic!
Our Culture
Fearless Partnerships: We’re bold in the face of challenges, don’t shy away from difficult conversations, and get to the root of problems to solve them.
Do the Right Thing: Honesty and trust are at our core — with colleagues, clients, and ourselves. Ethics always come first.
