Business Reporting Analyst / Data Analyst – (Excel / SQL/ BI) – Liverpool – onsite

Business reporting analyst required to join a UK leading fintech solutions provider based onsite in Liverpool. They are an award-winning technology business who are growing considerably over the next 12 months and now looking to add someone to their growing data / reporting function.

Key skills: • Excel • SQL • PowerBI • Strong analytical skills

Key responsibilities

• Using Microsoft SQL Server to create SQL queries to extract data and make sure it is cleaned and presented to the highest standard against criteria.

• Manipulating data to drive daily statistics to help make decisions on what and where resources are needed.

• Building Power BI dashboards to show data extracted in a concise and clear manner.

• Using dashboards to perform a numerous number of tasks including tracking progress and potential forecasts.

• Dashboards covered a wide variety of areas including performance, sales / forecasting, delivery, ordering times and trends, accounted hours, time on tasks, error rates and targets achieved.

• Information is distributed to relevant teams ensuring it match’s requirements.

• Daily meetings with stakeholders – sharing reports and pinpointing important parts of the data.
