The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will lead the ongoing growth of your area of the business and act as a go-to figurehead across your verticals. While new business will remain a key focus and deliverable, you will also be:
- Expanding and nurturing your existing accounts while finding opportunities to cross sell
- Sharing market knowledge with the team through insights and intelligence
- Building and leveraging talent pools, developing strong candidate relationships, and creating communities through meetups, events, and talks
- Being involved in hiring additional team members when needed
- Mentoring and developing new hires and demonstrating natural leadership
