Guaranteed progression
Being an MSK Physiotherapist is hard work and rewarding, and you want to know that your salary and role will develop where you work.
At Ascenti, you will benefit from a guaranteed annual pay review and considerable investment in your development, which includes protected learning time.
Once you are 3 years post-qualified and have reached a key progression milestone, you will receive a promotion to Senior MSK Physiotherapist and enjoy a significant salary step change, more autonomy in clinic and new career offerings.
Support structure
Build your experience with the support of your Area Manager, Physiotherapy Development Lead and Clinical Mentor. You will work independently in clinic, but you will never be alone.
You won’t have to worry about doing all the administrative tasks and can say goodbye to old-fashioned paper notes. Ascenti’s digital systems and dedicated customer hub will take care of patient queries and support you with admin.

This is a regional role with Central Lancashire. The clinics covered are:
- Monday – Euxton PR7 6AH
- Tuesday – Chorley Health centre PR7 2TH
- Wednesday – Off (if part time)/WFH (if full time)
- Thursday – Eccleston PR7 5RA
- Friday – Euxton/Chorley Surgery dependant on hours PR7 6AH/PR7 2EJ
This is a full-time vacancy, however part-time applications for 32 hours per week/4 days can be considered.
