Ascenti Physio Limited is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team. This part-time position (30 hours/week) is remote with occasional travel to Bristol. You will support managers, providing guidance on employee relations while building positive relationships across the business.
The ideal candidate will have confidence in managing various employee matters, ensuring fair application of policies, and fostering a supportive workplace culture. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is a plus, as is previous HR advisory experience.
