About the Role Working closely with operational leadership, you'll act as the team's legal expert helping shape best practice, support legal excellence and drive continuous improvement across a growing and successful department. This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll balance your own caseload with a broader supervisory and quality assurance remit. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and legal oversight across the conveyancing team. Supervise fee earners and case handlers, offering support on complex conveyancing and title matters. Conduct file reviews to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and client requirements. Identify risks, trends and opportunities for operational improvement. Act as the primary escalation point for complex and high-risk transactions. Deliver coaching, mentoring and technical training to colleagues. Build strong relationships with lenders, clients, asset managers and key stakeholders.
