As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to prospective customers, partners, and internal stakeholders throughout the customer acquisition process. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, compliance expertise, and customer success, helping financial institutions understand how AscentAI can modernize regulatory intelligence, obligation management, and compliance operations. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel Partners to drive successful evaluations, demonstrate business value, and help prospects confidently select AscentAI as their strategic regulatory technology partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions with executive, business, and technical stakeholders to understand regulatory, compliance, risk, and operational requirements.
  • Design and deliver compelling demonstrations tailored to customer use cases, business objectives, and regulatory environments.
  • Configure and manage proof-of-concept projects that showcase business value and solution fit.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Risk Officers, General Counsel, and other senior leaders.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop opportunity strategies, competitive positioning, and win plans.
  • Support proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, pricing discussions, ROI analyses, and business case creation.
  • Represent AscentAI at conferences, webinars, customer meetings, and industry events.
  • Support partner-led opportunities involving LogicGate, IBM OpenPages, Protecht, Resolver, and other strategic ecosystem partners.
  • Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and product enhancements.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions from sale to implementation.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Compliance Advisory, Risk Consulting, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations, compliance programs, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software evaluations and complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, proposal-writing, and business communication skills.
  • Experience with regulatory technology, GRC platforms, compliance automation, or adjacent solutions is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage senior decision makers.
  • Self-starter with strong business acumen and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
