About the Role: As a Field Representative you are responsible for visiting customers at their properties to support account rehabilitation on behalf of our clients. This includes reconnecting customers with their lender, completing face-to-face or video-based fact-find interviews, and carrying out residential visits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arrange and attend reconnection visits or face-to-face interviews with individuals in their homes who are currently in financial difficulties
- Support customers in discussing financial circumstances and repayment options
- Gather accurate information from customers and third parties
- Identify vulnerable customers and escalate appropriately
- Manage your workload and territory efficiently
- Complete accurate reports and follow all compliance processes
